GrÜnbeck softliQ:SD21 water softener soft water system with color touch display

The softliQ:SD21 water softener (recommended use: 1 to 9 persons) softens water according to water consumption. The plant capacity is automatically adjusted to the individual water consumption of the operator. A continuous supply of soft water is always guaranteed. This is because the softener regenerates once a day - when at least 50% of the current system capacity has been used - at a time when no water is required. The softliQ:SD21 works according to the ion exchange process and is equipped with a fully automatic control system and a wear-optimized control valve. The softening system adapts to on-site conditions based on the set raw water hardness and water withdrawals. Technical intelligence ensures efficient softening with minimum salt consumption. Comfort mode is set at the factory. In the event of major fluctuations in water consumption, it is possible to switch to Power mode. Operation is via the integrated color touch display or via the Grünbeck myProduct app.

The green LED light ring of your system communicates various operating states of the system to you and alerts you to messages. The internal infrared light sensor monitors the salt level of the system and alerts you to a lack of salt at an early stage.

Product features:

Local installation regulations, general guidelines and technical data must be observed. The installation site must be frost-proof and ensure protection of the system against chemicals, dyes, solvents and vapors. A drinking water filter and, if necessary, a pressure reducer (e.g. pureliQ:KD) must always be installed upstream of the equipment. For the electrical connection, an earthed socket is required in the area up to approx. 1.2 m.
A sewer connection must be available for discharging the regeneration water. If the rinsing water is discharged into a lifting unit, it must be ensured that this is resistant to salt water. A floor drain must be available in the installation room. If this is not the case, an appropriate safety system (e.g. protectliQ) must be installed. Downstream of the system, there must be a cold water tapping point not far away. If the softened water is used for human consumption as defined by the Drinking Water Ordinance, the ambient temperature must not rise above
25 °C. For exclusively technical applications, the ambient temperature must not exceed 40 °C.
